Be quiet. Seek the stillness alone and find peace. Allow thoughts to come, and just as easily, allow them to go. This allows your true self, your subconscious, to flow into mind, to surface to conscious attention. This is a good time to ask questions of yourself. Wonderful answers will surface in your mind. 

Change the way you respond to people and situations that normally would cause stress in you. If you seek for a better way you will find one.

Approach others with an attitude of hope. That is forgiveness. That is giving for an offensive attitude, a loving one. Forgiveness presents an exposure to love's power.

The Bible also records that people who love the law of love have great peace. This is because they are in perfect harmony with themselves and the universe. And you, right now are also feeling this harmony, so now, you know it exists! Go on from here with full confidence in the rest of your life. See wonders unfold, as you take actions based on universal laws.
