Conscious
attention is awareness of what it is that is mentally focused upon. This
begins immediately upon awakening. You are aware that you have awakened.
It is time to get up and start your day!
Your subconscious never sleeps.
When your conscious mind sleeps, your subconscious repairs your body. It
is your most faithful servant, perfectly responding to the way it has been
programmed to function. All negative 'instructions' (feelings - what you
feel as true for you) that you have placed or allowed to be placed within
it, override the original programming causing dissonance.
Whether it comes to food
and health, social interaction or principles of living, all must be in
line with the body of frequencies that you are or one becomes out of harmony.
All positive (good, healthful, unselfish and kind
thoughts) that you place within
your subconscious the same way, amplify the good programming that is already
there. That is why it is important to be positive around children and teach
them the right concepts early in their formative years. This is better
than later reversing a set negative mind set.
