Be
honest. Consider politicians. Consider corporations. Why do so many leave
off concern for those they claim to represent? Many have good intentions
when they start off, but soon succumb
to self-interest, the cast of mind of many they interact with. Because
they lack adherence
to a source of high standards, they compromise
to selfishness.
It is the mass mind of humanity
working through them. They, like so many of us do not realize how
to continually hold high standards and avoid exploiting
our weaknesses.
One maintains a high standard
not by willpower but by consciousness. Whatever one is conscious of becomes
stronger.
It is love for others that
keeps one on the honest road.
