Before
accepting
concepts
or new ideas that you hear from others, whether it be from books, meetings
or in person from another with whom you may be having lunch, ask yourself
"Is this right.for
me?" How does it fit for me? Should I 'put it on the shelf' for later
consideration or do something about it now?
The subconscious will cause
things to ring true or not. Use the 'three' rule; that is,
look forward to what you will feel about it the next time it comes to your
mind and see if you still feel the same about it after the third time.
By the third time, more of your life will have occurred and you will have
greater
perspective
then. From your thoughts on these concepts and ideas now in your mind by
the third time, your future will be altered accordingly.
Your feelings are made by
what you accept. When what you feel is correct to you, it will become a
part of your makeup, the qualities or temperament that constitute
your personality. What have you been feeling lately?
