You
adopt mental moods and feelings by agreeing with them. Be watchful, ever
alert to what it is that you allow your mind to agree with. You have in
the past agreed with attitudes that have brought you to your present state
in life. Your subconscious mind, being a particular 'footprint', a particular
field of energy within the universal energy which is the universe, does
not know the difference between something that we call 'real' and something
imagined.
At first it seems like you
are kind of lying to yourself, sort of trying to trick yourself when you
imagine the state of how you want your life to be. But that is only because
this is different to you. It is because you are still learning to understand
these laws of universe and mind. It is so different than what you have
been used to in order to get ahead in life.
You have been using the mass
mind, received by you from what you have both observed from others, and
from what has been your reaction to the various situations and circumstances
of your life. How you have reacted to these previous things continues to
play a part in your present life. What else could you do? You knew no better
ways of handling these things. Entrenched
ways should now be monitored through each day, with an eye towards areas
requiring change.
You just did not know that
you could create your future with your mind. You did not know that you
go where your mind goes, so you did the best you knew. You concentrated
on being good at reacting to circumstances. You heretofore
were a good maintainer, trying to maintain your life and those of your
loved ones. You contended with difficulties that arose, and acted to overcome
them as best you knew how to.
A Hawaiian therapist by the name of Dr. Ihaleakala
Hew Len (we call him Dr. Len), emptied a ward of criminally insane individuals
without seeing any of them face to face. The place was so bad, so dangerous,
that staff seldom stayed more than a few months. When staff members walked
down a hallway together, they would have their back to a wall keeping a
careful eye on these imprisoned insane people.
He healed them all, over the
months that he worked from a small office in the hospital, looking only
at their files. They were all released. Eventually they closed the ward
as it was no longer needed.
He healed them all by loving
them. He loved them by looking at their file to get a feeling for them,
for the horrible things these criminal crazies did.
He had deep concern for them,
and then healing what was in him (yes him, meaning this Hawaiian therapist,
Dr Len) that had caused this patient to be as the patient was.
Dr. Len understood that we
are all in the same energy in this universe, and that is how we are all
connected.
How did he know what was in
him that caused this? He didn't. He knew something had, so in his time
with each of the patients' files, he would say, while alone there in the
office "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. God bless
you." That's it! That's all he did! Many times, over many days, weeks and
months he would say this for each of the patients.
His story is in the book.Zero
Limits.
The power of one good thought is ten thousand times
more powerful than any bad thought. He knew the power of the subconscious
mind, and how he could bring into existence a result out of the universal
sea of mind, the sea of frequencies. It worked for him. It will work for
you.
So don't put negative thinking
anymore into your mind. And change those self-limiting thoughts to those
of your best and highest dreams. And now you know how to deal with the
things you see in others that you do not like.
