enjoy those skills important to you. Golf, badminton, tennis, hockey, etc.,
are good outdoor exercise that gets you into the sun.
People today generally require
more sunshine. The new tanning beds are a good substitute for winter's
weaker rays.
Don't waste your precious
time. Be sure you deal from priorities. It is good to do reasonably well
at something involving exercise.
Walking is one of the best
forms of exercise.
