It
is not important to your overall success to be
excessively concerned with popularity. Just be involved and associated
with the highest standards you are aware of.
Be on the alert for those
quality individuals in all walks of life who possess, a 'great substance'
about them or to put it another way, 'that special indefinable something',
that 'light of the soul', that something where once you have left their
presence, you feel not quite as 'full' as you did with them. These are
the ones who silently love you, and care deeply.
Adhere
to those who are sincere
and honest with themselves and others, those who have a sort of brilliance
about them, a brightness, an alertness. Avoid the 'deadheads'.
As you get to know people
you'll learn of their real character.
You see results in their lives. It is not what people tell you, but how
they treat themselves, you and others, that are indicators of their real
character.
Those with the light of the
soul are people who are givers, and you should to them also. This builds
rapport,
and relationships are then formed and strengthened. Becoming an excellent
conversationalist would be to your advantage.
