Discouragement
is a product of negative circumstances. These circumstances you now experience
have grown from seeds you have planted. What you did from how you thought,
has brought you what you now are experiencing.
All things, all thoughts
you have felt as true, come back and affect you. Learning from them is
good. Stop creating things that later
adversely
affect you. Keep on top of yourself.
You have been allowing your
mind to run you. That is why you cannot sleep. You must decide to run your
mind and to shut it off when you need to.
Go to the still and quiet
where you will find strength. Ways will be revealed to you that can bring
you joy consistently. This new direction will prevent negative circumstances
from continuing to affect you.
