Dismantle
the bricks of the past; relax and go into the dark and quiet and think
of the life you want. Note what negative thoughts come. To get rid of them
you must recognize what they are. Then you can supplant them with their
opposite.
Forget trying to figure out
what caused the negatives of your past. Do not feed the negatives by giving
them emotional attention. Just recognize them for what they are - a puff
of wind that you have hung onto.
Like a dirty bucket of water;
if you keep putting clean water into the bucket it will flush out the dirt
and it will be gone.

Relative Quote:
"Learn to enjoy every minute
of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself
to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time
you have to spend, whether it is at work or with your family. Every minute
should be enjoyed and savored." ...Earl Nightingale, 1921-1989, Radio Announcer,
