You have good work habits. Develop ways of easing your workload. You require more quiet sitting time to discover what more there is to the real you that heretofore you have been unaware.

You are lately mostly thinking 'fast thoughts', thoughts about what to do next, what's for tomorrow, what did I do in the past? Worries over 'how to do this' and 'how to fit in that', continue to sap your energy. You are allowing your life to get out of hand by the volume of thoughts generated and coupled with the random thoughts that flow constantly.

Your present state of being can only be altered after spending time in the dark and quiet.

Mind functioning is regulated by law. The law of gravity responds when a ball is thrown in the air. It is the same with what you envision. You sense. You decide. You use thoughts. Universal energy acts upon thoughts, your thoughts. There is much more for you but you will only be ready for this once you first decide and begin seeking for a peaceful life.
