Desire to know the Universal Intelligence within you. Spend time often in solitude. It sounds lonely but it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. As long as you do this, and desire to extend love to others, greater daily awareness of its presence will grow. 

The Universal Intelligence communes with you, not in words and reasoning, but with knowledge, telepathically. Things 'well up' in your mind. Try it, you will like it!

To closet oneself for days and weeks in hope of achieving supreme awareness of the Universal Intelligence is out of balance. Monks have done this for centuries.

You have to ask why you are doing what you do or are planning to do. If it is because you feel you do not have enough of the spirituality you seek, you will amplify this and experience less spirituality.

All you need do is accept what you want, 'I accept the spirituality that is in me' and it will magnify.

There is no hard effort with the Creator. All you want will be easily given to you. All you do is turn on the switch. You do this by your desire. You will have the spirituality you desire.
